The Pantanal is the world's largest tropical wetland area in the middle of South America, with a total area half the size of France. Although it's mainly located in Brazil, it extends to Bolivia and Paraguay. The Pantanal is inarguably the best place in Brazil to observe wildlife.

Here, one can find caimans, deer, capybaras, anteaters, jaguars, tapirs, cougars, and monkeys. There are also a lot of different species of birds and fish.

Our photo expedition's main objective is a jaguar, the largest and strongest cat in America, both incredibly beautiful and graceful. It is here, in the Pantanal, that the conditions are the most favorable for photographing a jaguar in the wild. During our expedition, we'll see jaguars come out from the jungle to quench their thirst and hunt amid the dry season. It's precisely during this time that we can capture the animal in all its wildest beauty.

During our tour, we'll cross Pantanal, drive through a maze of rivers and swamps, and finally delve into the Waters State Park, which is often referred to as the land of the jaguar. In recent years, the jaguar population in the Pantanal has increased dramatically, and the likelihood of making good shots has doubled.

We'll also visit the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro and take pictures of the best locations from the most favorable vantage points. Rio is one of the most photogenic and colorful cities in the world. Its silhouette is easily recognizable, and we will take nice pictures.

Day 2 (Sep 10)

At dawn, we'll go to another photo spot to photograph the city and the ocean in the rays of the rising sun.
In the evening, we'll go up to the statue of Christ the Redeemer, where, at sunset, we'll catch the best views of Rio. The city is beautiful at any time of the day, but Rio is especially spectacular when the lights are on.
