Terms of payment.
Payment of a deposit is a prerequisite when booking a Photo tour*.
After reserving your place on the Photo tour, you will receive confirmation and instructions for paying the deposit.
The deposit will be due within one week of the date of confirmation.
If your deposit is not made within one week of the confirmation, we reserve the right to reallocate the place.
If payment of the deposit is made more than a week after your reservation is confirmed, contact us to be sure your place is still available.
Full payment for the Photo tour must be made not later than 2 months before the start of the Photo tour, unless otherwise indicated in the tour description on the website. Waiting list
If a photo tour is already fully booked, we suggest that you register for the waiting list. You can do this by filling the form on the page of the Photo tour. Visas
If necessary, we will prepare and send you the documents required for the visa application by your request.
Depending on the country and conditions of the Photo tour, the list of documents may include:
- an official invitation from the organizers of the Photo tour
- confirmation of accommodation reservations
- confirmation of transport reservations
- the route and schedule of the Photo tour.
As organizers of the Photo tour, we will assist you in obtaining visas.However, applications for passports and visas is the responsibility of the participants of the Photo tour.
Refusal of a visa is not a basis for refunding any payments made for a Photo tour.
We advise you to apply for the necessary visas as soon as possible, so that, in case of the visa being refused, we will be able to find a replacement to fill your space to refund the payment you have made. Cancellation policy
If circumstances change and you cannot take part in the Photo tour, please send us a written message about the cancellation of your reservation as soon as possible.
The refund (except transfer expenses) of the money for the Photo tour will be issued only if another customer will be found over your spot.
We will make every effort to find a replacement for you. If a replacement is made, we will refund your payment, less transfer expenses.If cancellation of the Photo tour is due to a fault on the part of the organizers, the payment will be refunded to the client in full.
The organizers are not responsible for other expenses incurred by the participants during the preparation for the expedition, such as air tickets, hotel fees, special equipment, etc.
We recommend you to buy tickets to the Photo tour starting point only after you receive a letter from the organizers with recommendations about the tickets.
Force majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the organizer that is inevitable and extraordinary, including but not limited to natural disasters / adverse weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics or any other viral outbreaks, global health emergencies, pollution, public unrest / strikes, war, changes in laws or regulations, coercive measures by the state or quarantine, which make the execution of the route and services partially or completely impossible, give the organizer the right to postpone or cancel the tour.
The organizer will make every effort to suggest alternative dates for the tour. Participants will receive a personal voucher for the amount paid. The voucher will be valid if you pay for the rescheduled tour. By agreement with the organizers, the voucher can be used to pay for another tour.
The price of the tour is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is charged additionally. If double occupancy is not possible for any reason, the participant should pay for single occupancy.
Insurance Medical insurance, covering illness, injury and emergency evacuation, is a prerequisite for participation in our Photo tours.
You should also consider buying insurance that covers you in the event of loss or theft of luggage, flight delays, etc. We do not cover these risks; each participant is fully responsible for their own insurance cover throughout the trip and we recommend that you take out additional insurance to avoid unforeseen expenses. Please plan your flights allowing a generous time margin
for both arrival and departure. If your flight is delayed, you may not be able to join the Photo tour on time. Sometimes it is possible to catch up with the group, but it may not always be the case. At the end of the Photo tour, it is also possible that the group may not return to the designated point at the appointed time, due to critical weather conditions.
We also want to note that if you fly with a transfer, the transfer time between flights should be enough to transfer your luggage. Difficulty level
Usually our Photo tours are designed for people with moderate physical abilities but if you have health problems be sure to consult us about the difficulty of the Photo tour and the expected physical activities, before confirming your reservation.
