Photo tour to Indonesia

Some time ago, Indonesia has reopened to tourists. The conditions for entry are a short quarantine upon arrival with a PCR test.
But we will spend the quarantine wisely in excellent conditions in a 5 * hotel on the seashore on the fabulous island of Bali.

• We acclimatize, rest after a long flight and swim in the sea.
• We will be able to photograph sunsets in Bali. And they are very beautiful there.
• We will have master classes in artistic photography and shooting wild animals.

And after our relax, we will go on our photo tour of the islands

Indonesia is an amazing country, located on numerous islands on the border between two great oceans.

Some of these Islands are well-studied, densely populated, and since ancient times there have been preserved amazing monuments of ancient civilizations. At dawn, we will go down to the majestic temple complexes of Borobudur and Prambanan, meet the sunset by the ocean, in front of the original temples of the island of Bali.

We will take photos of astonishing landscapes of the volcanoes of Java, see the famous Bromo volcano, climb over the Sewu waterfall.

The other Islands that we are planning to visit are much less explored.

We will immerse into the wild jungles of Kalimantan island, with no roads. In the forests, it is possible to find unknown species of plants and animals. We will have a small ship, which will be our home in the wild nature for two days. We will take pictures of wild orangutans that come to the river banks, and amazing proboscis monkeys that live in the crowns of trees. These animals can only be found here, on Kalimantan.

We will also visit the Komodo Islands and see giant lizards, contemporaries of the dinosaurs. We will take photos of incredible landscapes of Padar island. Here, we will also have a small ship to explore the islands of the Komodo National Park.

For our photo tour, we will visit eight extremely diverse and amazingly beautiful islands, three interesting national parks, get lots of impressions and make great photos.

You will not forget this trip till the rest of your life!

Days 1 - 2

On this day, we meet in Bali and for the next 2 days we move to a hotel on the seashore to relax, acclimatize and wait out the quarantine.

Day 3

In the morning, after breakfast, we will move to the airport and fly to Jokyarta, where we will move to a hotel near the majestic temple complex of Borobudur. According to many travelers, this ancient structure surpasses Angkor Wat in its beauty and photogenicity, as well as all other similar complexes on Earth.

Day 4

In the morning, on the sunrise we will shoot at Borubudur and then we are going to the airport and fly to the Pangkalan Bun reserve on Kalimantan, transfer to the ship and sail deep into the impenetrable jungle looking for proboscis monkeys and orangutans. We will visit several baiting spots, so most likely, we will be able to get good photos of these very rare and photogenic primates.

Day 5

This day we are also planning to spend on a board of our ship in the amazing world of wildlife Kalimantan, among the primeval jungle. We will be taking pictures of animals whose habitat is rapidly shortened.

Day 6

After the breakfast, we will have a flight to Surabya and moving to Malang for the night.

Day 7

On this day, we will take pictures of Sewu - one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Java and whole Indonesia. In the middle of the jungle, framed by beautiful mountains, powerful streams of water flow down. Especially eye-catching photos of this waterfall can be taken from a drone. In the evening we will come to the Bromo Volcanoe.

Day 8

Early in the morning, we will take jeeps to Pananjakan mountain, stop at King Kong Hill, where at dawn we will take the most famous view of the volcano.
After the dawn shooting, we move to our next destination lake Ijen.

Day 9

On this day we are getting up very early again. We are moving to Paltuding (the starting point of the track to Ijen). If you wish, we can make a 2-hour hike to the crater and take pictures of the picturesque sulfur deposits on the background of the emerald lake. The locals extract sulfur here.

Then we are going to Bali.

Days 10-12

In the morning we fly to the neighboring island of Flores. From here we start our sea journey through the islands of the Komodo National Park. We are planning to spend two days and night on the ship.

During the day, we will be taking photos of the famous dragons on Rinca island, but the evening session is planned on the island of Padar where we are going to take photos of the incredibly beautiful landscape from the top of the island.

At dawn of the next day, we are climbing the same hill again, and after breakfast, we can visit the famous pink beach of Komodo island and come back to Labuan Bajo to fly back to Bali in the next morning.

We'll stay in a hotel in Denpasar. Here our tour ends, the next day, April 23, you can fly home.
