M/V Sea Spirit is migratory and follows the sun, northbound in the summer and southbound in the winter, always ready for spontaneous discoveries. In 2017, she was renovated to offer a unique mixture of adventure and comfort for our sophisticated travelers.
This trip is built for photographers. Everything on board will be dedicated to photography, including prolonged landings in prime photography locations, lectures, workshops, etc. We limit the ship's capacity to a maximum of 100 participants in order to comply with IAATO's landing regulations. We have built this itinerary to make our photo expedition to South Georgia as efficient as possible.

TRIPLE SUITE
Averaging 21 square meters/226 square feet, these staterooms have two twins and a comfortable sofa bed. The twins also convert to a King, if desired. Located on Oceanus Deck, these suites have a picture window, two wardrobes and en suite facilities. Amenities include: in-room safe, refrigerator, satellite telephone access, TV/DVD, individual temperature control, and hairdryer.

Averaging 23 square meters/248 square feet, Main Deck cabins are equipped with either two twins or a King Size bed. They are located on the Main Deck with a minimum of two portholes for exterior views. The Deluxe Suites with balconies are located on the Sports Deck. Averaging 24 square meters/ 258 square feet means plenty of room. Choose from either two twin beds or a King Size bed. OWNER's SUITE (private deck)
Super-spacious (43 square meters/ 463 square feet) elegant suite on the Sun Deck. Designed for entertaining, the Owner's Suite has a separate living room with game and meeting area. A BOSE stereo system provides background music, or watch videos on the HD plasma TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck. Refresh in the jetted bathtub in en suite facilities. Slumber in the King Size bed. A sofa bed can accommodate a third person.

To book a place on the expedition, you need to:
- Register online, and after receiving a confirmation from us, make a deposit payment of 33.3% of the price of your chosen accommodation;*
- Deposit payment of 33.3% of the price is due by June 1, 2022
- Final payment of 33.3% of the price is due by June 1, 2023
Booking Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable*.
This is dictated by the terms of the contract between the Organizers and the vessel owners.
*We understand that unforeseen circumstances may force you to cancel your participation in our trip. The full refund will be issued if you find a full-paying customer taking over your spot. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel and we will try to find replacement on your spot.
Itinerary Cancellation
Organizers reserve the right to cancel the itinerary due to insufficient reservations.
In the very unlikely event that the itinerary is canceled prior to departure, Organizers will provide a full refund of all collected funds. This refund will be the limit of the Organizers' liability. Organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip, including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, or other trip-related expenses.
In case of cancellation of the tour by the Organizers for reasons related to COVID-19:
If the deposit is paid before November 15, 2021, the deposited funds are returned within a month from the date of cancellation.
If the deposit is paid after November 15, 2021, participants will receive a voucher for the amount paid for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal up to 24 months. If it is impossible to redeem the voucher within the specified period, the deposited funds will be returned to the participants.
Force Majeure.
Force majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers that is inevitable and extraordinary, including but not limited to natural disasters / adverse weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics or any other viral outbreaks, global health emergencies, pollution, public unrest / strikes, war, changes in laws or regulations, coercive measures by the state or quarantine, which make the execution of the route and services on board partially or completely impossible, give the Organizers the right to postpone / cancel the expedition.
The organizers will make every effort to suggest alternative dates for the expedition. All participants will receive a personal voucher for the amount paid. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the original date of departure and can be renewed for another 12 months. If it is impossible to redeem the voucher within the specified period, the deposited funds will be returned to the participants.
Late payment.
If a participant is late in payment for more than 7 calendar days, all previously made payments expire, and the application for participation in the tour will be canceled.

Participating in this voyage does not require a high level of physical fitness.*
Please be sure that you can:

Don't let a fear of seasickness scare you away! For all but the most sensitive, seasickness is rarely a big problem. It's a good idea to bring medication if you get seasick or are unsure, but you may find that you do not need it after a couple of days once you have your "sea legs." Even those who have experienced seasickness reported that the incredible wildlife and overall experience were well worth the temporary discomfort.
Please be sure that you can:
- Stay without medical assistance for the duration of the trip;
- Be sufficiently stable on your feet that you can, for example, stand on a bus/train in normal conditions without holding or holding with one hand;
- Get in and out of a Zodiac on a beach with a little swell;
- Walk several hundred yards on an uneven surface without getting exhausted;**
